Ai-jen Poo, Director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance and Co-Director of Caring Across Generations, is a nationally recognized leader of the movements to improve the lives of the care-giving workforce, and the people they care for. Her current focus is on ensuring access to affordable care for the nation’s aging population, and access to quality jobs for those who provide it. She will speak to the importance of making public investments in long-term care as an essential component of our nation’s—and state’s—infrastructure.
 
Ai-jen Poo was listed by Time Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World. She is a 2014 MacArthur Foundation Fellow and a 2013 World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
